Body Harmony Day Spa
Open since 2007, Body Harmony Day Spa is a distinctive wellness destination in Broken Bow known for its proprietary “Body Harmony Instrument Bed,” a 700-pound custom-built massage table that integrates sound therapy into the treatment.
Built-in speakers and tuning forks allow musical vibrations to resonate through the bed and into the client’s body during sessions. Standard sessions include a Dead Sea mud facial mask, deep scalp massage with warm shea butter, full-body exfoliation with Dead Sea salts, and hot moist towel therapy. Robes, slippers, and private rooms with baths are provided, and complimentary recovery snacks and drinks are offered after sessions.
Couples can book Romance Sessions in the Tranquility or Rhapsody Rooms, which include a fireplace lounge and chocolate-covered strawberries. Reservations are required and all bookings are prepaid and non-refundable, so scheduling before you arrive in town is essential.
